Huagao Porcelain Insulator Products

Established in 2004, the company focuses on the design, research, development, production and sales of porcelain insulators. Its porcelain housing products include:

35kV–800kV transformer porcelain housings
35kV–800kV instrument transformer porcelain housings
35kV–750kV surge arrester porcelain housings
35kV–500kV GIS porcelain housings
35kV–500kV cable terminal porcelain housings
35kV–220kV SF6 circuit breaker porcelain housings and other high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage porcelain products

The company operates large ball-milling and clay-processing equipment, high-speed intelligent automated gas kilns, fully automatic circulating tunnel drying rooms and kilns, CNC forming, glazing and porcelain-grinding equipment, together with a complete laboratory testing system. Current annual production capacity is 45,000 tonnes.
